BACK TRACK THREE

Following on from the trestle I thought the next item to be covered would be the turntable .The bridge is a Rob Flowers kit of 15 years ago  modified with square brass section handrails and the mechanism was built by a good friend Richard Grace in 2006.Don’t ask me how it works all I know is it does.It took a while to set the  turntable into position. 36 inch radius curves were used so I could fit in a coal stage siding with ash pit without it looking too cramped.
